Rumors have been swirling that producers fired Kenya Moore from Real Housewives of Atlanta because she refuses to put her marriage to Marc Daly on TV, but the reality star says her job is completely safe since she has the “top storyline of the season.” Now, according to multiple reports, her story may have taken a new turn because the former Miss USA is pregnant with her first child at the age of 46.
Industry on Blast is reporting that Moore is pregnant after a successful round of IVF treatments she recently received in Barbados. However, she has not officially announced the pregnancy and won’t until she is sure that it will continue to term. With miscarriages being common in the first trimester, it makes sense she would want to wait.
But, even though she hasn’t made an official announcement, Moore has hinted that a baby will be a big part of her future decision making. She told the Daily Dish that she and her husband are currently figuring things out.
“Well, you know, right now we’re managing two households, so a lot of people do it, have multiple residences, so that’s what we’re doing right now,” said Moore. “But I think it just depends on [what] the next nine months might look like and what kind of room we’ll need and where we’ll be in terms of that. So, we’re figuring it out, but it just depends on where our family, the number in our family, will be in the future.”
According to the All About the Real Housewives website, Moore revealed that there could be a day when she would leave the show, noting that everything comes to an end at some point. But, ultimately, it’s all about what makes you happy, and she has to make her decisions based on that.

A pregnancy and a new baby would bring some interesting storylines to RHOA, and it may have saved her job with the show just like it did for Meghan King-Edmonds on Real Housewives of Orange County. Moore may say that her job is 100 percent secure, but keeping the show out of the loop when she planned her wedding and keeping cameras away from the ceremony had to make them mad.
On top of that, Daly won’t appear on the show because he feels it negatively portrays black men, but Moore has turned his absence into her storyline, with her constantly complaining about him living in New York while she is in Atlanta. That won’t keep fans interested for long, so a new baby may be just what she needed to stay on the show, but is anyone really safe these days?
